By subscribing, you agree to the following terms regarding your membership plan:
1. Rolling 28-Day Contract
Each subscription operates on a rolling 28-day term.
At the end of each 28-day term, your subscription will automatically renew for another 28 days.
2. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your subscription, you must provide at least 28 days' notice before the end of your current 28-day term.
Example:
If your term ends on June 28, you need to cancel by May 31 to avoid auto-renewal for the next term.
3. 4-Weekly Billing
You will be billed every 4 weeks starting from the day you subscribe.
Example:
If you start your subscription on April 15, your next billing date will be May 13 (4 weeks later).
4. Credits Allocation and Usage
Credits will be added automatically to your account with each payment.
If you don’t use all your credits in a given 4-week period, unused credits will carry over.
You can only use credits earned during your subscription while your subscription is active.
Example:
If you cancel your subscription and still have unused credits, those credits will expire once your subscription ends.
5. Unlimited Memberships
Unlimited memberships are subject to a fair usage policy.
Excessive or abusive usage, such as booking multiple sessions and not attending, may result in a £20 charge per missed class, at the discretion of BAYSE.
6. Booking Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 12 hours before the session: your credit will be refunded.
Cancel less than 12 hours before: your credit will not be refunded.
Cancel less than 4 hours before: your credit will not be refunded and a £10 late cancellation fee will apply.
No show: your credit will not be refunded and a £20 no-show fee will apply.
7. Account Management
You can check your current membership term, billing dates, and remaining credits in the My Account section.
Cancellation requests can also be submitted through the My Account section.
